Last week Raf Simons presented his SS 21 pushing boundaries and stereotypes in a green world filled of lines and clean shapes, of course some saying this is a bit Pucci for all those prints but at the end in fashion many copy each other or just inpired for other fashion house which i think its the best , inspiration is better than copy.
For Raf this collection was about expresing his opinion, memories, feelings like printed t-shirts saying TEENAGE DREAMS, in somehow a simple and narred down Prada mood. as he is now the second head of the PRADA designer team along with Muccia.

Mode Suisse get in the 17 round and with all the enviromental situation it keeps going, I am attending mode suisse since its 4 show and everytime is a delightful taste of swiss designers who try to improve with different ideas and textiles, some will be stuck with getting too much influence of big brands other keep developing and showing a strong DNA, this is what fashion is about for example AWS and Lida Noba.

in this small and almost private venue we also had the chance to have like a re-see, to touch and see each garment closer also the chance to talk with designers and see what are they thinking of this business, anyhow this is business at the end.

In a mens world dominated by suits and boring colors, Garnison and Klaesi showed a new wave of simplicity, elegance and coolnes. simple colors but different structures and oversize sophistication.

Jelmoli just update their more exquisite men department, a new playground for all kind of men, who wants to be fashionable in many ways, as Jelmoli grow and grow with amazing brands that we could not find in Zurich like ETRO, BRUNELLO CUCINELLI, DSQUARED and many more. A wide hall full of different colors and shapes and i have to say, display is playing a huge role here and its working. The best way to celebrate this big opening was last week in Zurich with a cool atmosphere where men could play cards, or at the casino. Jelmoli did their best effort and bring Mr Brunello Cucinelli in person. Hands up. so check some impressions and do not hesitate to spin around JELMOLI in Zurich.
TOM FORD re-open his store in ZURICH last week with a full collection only for Mens, with a very private and selected clients. Before Tom Ford was a franchise of the multi brand Trois pommes in Zurich, now all are below the designer. Keeping his sexiness and amazing designs the store includes a sartoria or meke to measure special section. We see that Zurich is raising as a fashion potential city.
